First rule of law of attraction is gratitude and positivity.
You can not manifest a darn thing if you are living in a dark negative space all the time. For some people this is going to be a very hard transition to move away from the drama of negative talk and into the light of positivity but with these 5 quick hacks it can be easier.
1.Wake up in the morning and list out all of the things you are grateful for. Now if you don’t have anything that great in your life right now (that’s why you are reading my blog) then start small. Tell the universe you are grateful you woke up this morning, because who isn’t? Then go down the list I am grateful for the bus system to get me to and from work or my reliable car. I am grateful for my job it creates an income for me to live off of, etc and etc. Go down the list and speak your gratitude for the things you have in your life currently.
2. Stay away from drama filled people and gossipers. You can guarantee if they are going to gossip to you they will gossip about you. Plus you don’t need to hear details of someone else’s misery and pain that is only going to put you into that mindset of emotions consciously or not. The universe can not tell the feelings that are invoked by hearing drama about someone else is not your own. So steer clear of that negativity all together.
3.Cut your own negative self talk out! This is a very hard habit to break as this is something we grow up doing to ourselves but you have to eliminate it. The universe hears all of the “Ugh I’m so fat” and the ” I’m so stupid! how could I say that!” and basically says Your wish is my command. Do not speak these things unless you want them to be spoke into existence.
4.Do not be afraid to choose happiness. You can choose to be happy everyday. Every morning you have a fresh start to re-write your story and it can be with a smile on your face. Yes crummy things are going to happen to you, Your going to spill your coffee on your new shirt, some one is going to steal your parking spot, not let you merge on the freeway and so on and so forth. You can’t let these little things disturb your attitude of gratitude that you cultivate. Some people are so miserable the only happiness they get is bringing people down to there level. But guess what you do not have to join them there. You can just wave to them on by and quietly bless their day because you know they can use the cosmic help! This is muscle you have to practice everyday turning the other cheek but it gets easier over time and guess what, your life gets immensley better.
